  • The item arrived opened
  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 24 hoursof delivery.
  • The perfume must be unopenedand unused.
  • Email us at hello.aloure@gmail.com with your order number and photo proof.
  • We’ll guide you through the return process.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business daysafter we approve the return.
  • Note: We do not offer refunds for perfumes that have been opened, used, or purchased by mistake.
